All tools operate client-side using JavaScript, with no data transmitted to servers unless explicitly stated (e.g., contact form submissions).

3. User Eligibility and Conduct

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site (or comply with local age laws). You agree not to:

• Use the Site for illegal purposes or in violation of laws.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Site.
• Upload harmful content or interfere with Site functionality.
• Use calculations for official academic or professional purposes without verification.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties. GPA calculations are estimates based on standard scales (e.g., 4.0); we do not guarantee accuracy, especially for custom or international systems. We are not liable for errors, losses, or damages arising from use. Liability is limited to $100 or the amount paid (which is $0 for free users).
